I am very thankful of this facility. Being a single parent, I’ve had to bring my child to the dentist with me and we both get checked out. During this visit I needed some work done and when I tell you all staff was so nice and helpful, very supportive and understanding by allowing a child to be a child ( age 2) walk around and play as they continue to do my appointment. I felt very comfortable once the dr told me it’s ok he is fine let’s continue to do your dental work I was able to continue my appointment. Thank you goodland dentistry

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place. My experiance has been a 10/10. From the front desk staff, to the nurses and doctors they were all extremely friendly and professional. They brought me a blanket when I was cold coming straight from the lake They explained everything clearly, advised me on pain management until my appointment and made me feel very welcome. The prices are also some of the absolute best in all of Tyler. If you are looking for great care please do yourself a favor and give them a call/visit.

You guys were awesome with my son!!! Thank you for your service and being so nice and polite…we look forward coming back! The customer service was amazing and he was able to get his braces the very next day at an affordable price!!!

Do not recommend. It was my first experience at their office and I had issues from the moment I walked in. They first claimed I didnt have insurance and once I made the comment I would call my insurance and confirm my coverage they conveniently found it. Then after being there an hour and a half and after my x rays they told me they cant clean my teeth unless I pay an extra $300 because my insurance only covers a level 1 cleaning and my teeth was a level 2. I had 4 kids with me and one was a baby and waiting 1 and half hours and not even getting my teeth cleaned which is why I came in and made my appointment is the absolute worst feeling and so frustrating. I have never been so upset and felt so un valued.

After five years as a patient here, I cannot recommend this office based on my experience. I wouldn’t even want my worst enemy to have to come to this terrible place. Both the Dentist and Orthodontic Clinic is horrible to say the least. I was advised that Invisalign were all I would need, so I went through two years of treatment. Unfortunately, the veneers negatively affected my bite and overall dental alignment. Later, I had to invest thousands more into braces to correct issues that, in my opinion, should have been properly evaluated and addressed from the beginning. Even after completing braces, my teeth were still not fully corrected. When I sought a second opinion from another dentist, I was told that several of my fillings appeared poorly done and would need attention. That was extremely concerning to hear after the amount of time and money I had already invested. In addition, I regularly experienced very long wait times and consistently felt that customer service lacked professionalism and care. This has been a costly, stressful, and disappointing experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to seek a second opinion before committing.
